Cross-team collaboration (Global Communications, Marketing, Creative, E-Commerce)
Operations with the external warehouse team for inventory and orders
Responsibilities & Projects:
Weekly press highlights: Combined with global highlights to share important stories, content, and KPIs for the brand and newest launches.
Master press list refresh: Generated updated list through Cision, compared duplicates from the current list, reformatted and updated press and broadcast contacts.
Inventory forecasting & orders: Completed monthly and yearly inventory forecast and order forms while implementing organizational strategies to streamline the process.
Individual product orders: Placed, managed, and tracked creator and editor send-outs.
Bulk orders: Calculated and fulfilled internal and external requests for assembled mailers, event inventory, and partnerships.
Creator seeding: Coordinated with existing content creators; sourced and vetted new creators to align with team and brand objectives.
Campaign management: Assisted my team with press releases, briefing slides, and recaps for new products and holiday pitches.
C-Luma Roadshow Pop-Up ๐งก๐๐
To celebrate the launch of C-Luma Hydrabright Serum, DE held three pop-ups in Los Angeles, Miami, and NYC. Throughout my co-op, I supported C-Luma campaigns and its launch. I gained valuable insight into the process from start to finish, such as the marketing strategies, creative elements, and cross-functional efforts to execute a new campaign and these pop-up experiences.
Leading up to this launch, I facilitated influencer seeding, campaign management, press send-outs, and coverage logistics. During the NYC pop-up weekend, I helped answer questions and educate guests on the DE philosophy and C-Luma alongside our teams!
